The Tarp Buddy Installation process is typically very simple. Here are the 3 pieces you will need in order to install the Trap Buddy.
- The material – This material can be one of thousands of materials. You can use a basic tarp, sheet, bed sheet, plastic bag, plastic liner, canvas etc.
- A Tarp buddy devise
- A Fastener – This can be Paracord, string, rubber band or a re-usable zip tie. Your choice depending on how strong or versatile you need it to be. We recommend (550) paracord or reusable zip ties.
Once you have your 3 items you can now begin the Tarp Buddy installation process of the fastener devise. Simply lay your material over the Tarp Buddy in the area you want to create an anchor on the material. Pull the material tight over the Tarp Buddy device. Now place your finger over the material and press the material into the slot in the fastener. This will create a little slack to help secure the tarp buddy properly. Now wrap your fastener over the material and cover the groove in the top of the Tarp Buddy device. Tighten the fastener around the material securing the Tarp Buddy to the material. You have now properly installed the Tarp Buddy.
